1. Returns

We understand that sometimes products might not meet your expectations. If you would like to return your purchase, please follow these guidelines:

  • Eligibility for Returns: You can return your items within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition of Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of our products, chocolate items that have been opened or used are non-returnable for health and safety reasons.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note the following:

  • Processing Time: Refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you are returning a product due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

3. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we are happy to assist you with an exchange. You may exchange the product for a similar item, or choose another product from our store of equal value. To initiate an exchange, please follow the return process and specify your desired replacement.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that your chocolates arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to resolve the issue by either sending a replacement or issuing a refund. Please provide photographic evidence of the damaged or defective product to facilitate the process.

5. How to Return or Exchange an Item

To initiate a return, refund, or exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Once we verify your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Send the product back to the address we provide, ensuring it is properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.
  4. Confirmation: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the next steps.

6. Shipping for Returns and Exchanges

  • Return Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to an error on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Shipping Insurance: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is lost in transit.
